Anyone can give a rough idea on how much it costs to get from Pudong to Hongqiao airport by taxi?

y not take the bus? just 15 RMB.

It"s roughly RMB150-RMB170 depending on traffic conditions.

Of course, if you speak Chinese and do not use the official taxi rank, some taxi drivers who took other people to the airport maybe willing to take you back for something like RMB60-RMB100 (so they don"t have to be running an empty car on the way back), but you have to know where to get them (And I don"t mean those "black taxi", but just the normal standard official cabs).

Sorry mate. But the Airport Shuttle Line 1 (Hongqiao Airport-Pudong Airport and v.v.) has been charging RMB30 per head (one-way) for quite a few years now...
