Qantas has been ordered to check all oxygen bottles on its fleet of Boeing 747s.
Investigators believe an exploding oxygen bottle may have ripped a hole in a Qantas Boeing 747, causing it to make an emergency landing in Manila.
Australia's Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) says Qantas had agreed to an inspection. But it's also been revealed one of the jet's oxygen cylinders was missing.
